A. Booking Fees, Reschedule and Cancellation
- A booking fee of RM100.00 is required to secure your reservation. Remaining payment on additional items and balance of price package will only be finalised at the end of your photo session.
- The booking fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
- Customers must inform us promptly if they wish to reschedule their session, with a minimum notice of 48 hours before the scheduled session time.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be done at no extra cost if notified at least 48 hours before the session. Otherwise, a penalty charge of RM50.00 per session may apply.
- Additional participants beyond the maximum limit of 10 pax will be charged an additional RM50.00 per person.
- All Fees & Charges :-
– Reschedule Charge : RM50.00
– Add-on Pax (beyond 10 pax) : RM50.00 / person
– Postage Fees (Posterboard Frame) : RM10.00 (1 Posterboard)
B. Photoshoot Session Guidelines
- Children aged 4 years old and above are considered as 1 pax. Toddlers aged 3 and below are not included in the total pax count.
- The customers must arrive at least 15 minutes before their photo session starts.
- Late arrivals may result in the forfeiture of the session slot. Sessions may be allocated to other customers who are ready for their session.
- No-shows on the scheduled day will be considered as cancellations. To reschedule, customers will be charged a penalty fee of RM50.00.
- If there is an extra person on the day of the photo session beyond the selected package pax number, the customer will be subjected to the next package price with an equivalent number of pax.
- Changing rooms are not provided. Customers must arrive prepared for their session to avoid disruption.
- Photoshoot duration will strictly adhere to the durations stated in the selected package.
- The duration starts once our professional photographers 1st click according to each package duration.
- The maximum number of participants allowed per session is 10 pax. Additional participants beyond this limit will be charged an additional RM50.00 per person.
C. Photo Softcopies
- All unedited & edited photos will be delivered via Google Drive Email in “.JPEG” format within 48-72 hours after the balance payment has been made.
- Customers must provide the correct email address (@gmail.com) to avoid disruption.
- We recommend customers download a copy of the folder as we do not take responsibility for any loss or damage of the images after 60 days.
- By booking our photoshoot session, customers agree to allow us to use their images as testimonials.
- If customers prefer that their Raya photos not be posted on our official social media channels, they must inform us accordingly.
- For Add-on Posterboard, final printing will be ready within 2 weeks after you’ve selected the final photo for print. You can arrange for PICKUP ONLY after we have confirmed you frame is ready.
- We do provide postage to Semenanjung for Printed 16×24 Posterboard with RM10.00 postage fees (applicable to 1pcs only). Additional charge might incurred for more than 1 piece posterboard.
- For exclusive frame, we, unfortunately do not provide postage. Due to their fragile nature, we are unable to offer this service.
- For same-day delivery or within Melaka/Cyberjaya, you are welcome to arrange for your own delivery at your expense. We appreciate your understanding
