There are parking spaces available outside of our studio.
At Melaka, you are free to park in front of our house car porch.
At Cyberjaya, there are many parking areas designated for visitors, but parking fees will be charged by the Tamarind Square.
At Plnt Studio Raya, we strive to maintain a Muslim-friendly environment. As such, only CATS are allowed as pets in our studio premises. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
Yes but please bear in mind that cancellation will not be eligible for refunds. Your booking fees of RM100 will be forfeited.
Instead of cancelling, you may reschedule your session to another available date and time at no extra cost as long as you notify us at least 48 hours before the actual session.

No extra charge. Toddlers aged 3 and below are not included in the total pax count. Only children aged 4 years old and above will be considered as 1 pax.
Unfortunately no, there is no option to extend your duration of photo session. However, if you need more time, we encourage you to book two (2) different slots back to back instead.
The method of payment are QR Pay & Online Banking Transfer ONLY.
Your softcopy of unedited & edited photos will be sent to you via Drive within 2-3 days after photoshoot session.
Yes, you still manage to purchase the exclusive frame. You may contact our Salesperson (Nurin) via Whatsapp at 017-4341441 to purchase.
Your frame will be ready within 2 weeks after you’ve selected the final photo for print. You can arrange for PICKUP ONLY after we have confirmed you frame is ready.
I’m sorry, but we do not provide delivery or postage for Exclusive Frames. Due to their fragile nature, we are unable to offer this service. However, you are welcome to arrange for your own delivery at your expense. We appreciate your understanding.
